Hindustan Factory (www.hindustanfactory.in) ek social commerce reseller platform hai jo ethnic wear aur Indian fashion products ke liye resellers ko supplier se directly connect karta hai.

Platform use karne ke liye yeh zaroori hai:
• Umra: Aap 18 saal ya usse zyada ke hone chahiye
• Nationality: Indian resident hona zaroori hai
• Phone: Valid Indian mobile number hona chahiye
• Intent: Genuine reselling purpose ke liye use karna (fake orders allowed nahi)
18 saal se kam logon ka account milne par hum use immediately terminate kar denge.
• Registration phone OTP verification se hota hai
• Ek phone number se sirf ek account register ho sakta hai
• Aap apna account kisi aur ko transfer ya share nahi kar sakte
• Account ki security aapki zimmedari hai — OTP kisi ke saath share na karein
• Galat information dene par account terminate kiya ja sakta hai
Do membership plans available hain:
• Basic Plan — ₹499 (one-time): 50 products access, shop page, COD orders
• Pro Plan — ₹999 (one-time): Unlimited products, priority support, higher commission
Important: Membership fees non-refundable hain. Ek baar payment hone ke baad refund nahi milega.
Membership future mein change ho sakti hai — existing members ko prior notice diya jaayega.
Hindustan Factory ek prepaid wallet system use karta hai:
• Wallet top-up Razorpay ke zariye hota hai (UPI, cards, net banking)
• Wallet balance sirf platform ke andar use hota hai — cash nahi milta
• Used wallet balance (booking mein laga hua) non-refundable hai
• Unused wallet balance withdrawal ke liye request kar sakte hain (minimum ₹100)
• Wallet fraud ya manipulation ki situation mein hum balance freeze kar sakte hain
• Products catalog se book kiye jaate hain — booking cost wallet se deduct hoti hai
• Free Period: Har booking ke 3 din free hain
• Rent: 3 din ke baad ₹0.30/unit/day rent charge hota hai
• Booking release karne par product 24 ghante ke baad dobara book ho sakta hai
• Booking rent non-refundable hai
• Stock availability ke hisaab se booking limit lag sakti hai
• Customer aapki shop link se order place karta hai
• Supplier directly customer ke address pe ship karta hai
• COD Orders: Cash on delivery — payment delivery pe milti hai
• Prepaid Orders: Razorpay se online payment — turant process hoti hai
• Delivery time typically 5-7 business days (location ke hisaab se vary kar sakta hai)
• Reseller order status track kar sakta hai dashboard se
• Delivery issues ke liye reseller ko supplier se coordinate karna hoga
• Commission = Customer ko charge kiya price − Reseller price
• Commission sirf tab credit hota hai jab admin order 'Delivered' mark kare
• Processing ya Shipped status mein commission wallet mein nahi aata
• Agar order return ho jaata hai delivery ke baad, commission wallet se wapas deduct ho sakta hai
• Commission amount booking ke time fix hoti hai — baad mein change nahi hoti
• Custom price set kar ke reseller apna commission badha sakta hai (minimum = reseller price)
• Payout request minimum ₹100 wallet balance pe kar sakte hain
• Payout manually UPI ke zariye hota hai — admin approval required hai
• Processing time: 7 business days within approval
• Ek time mein sirf ek pending payout request allowed hai
• UPI ID correct hona zaroori hai — galat transfer ke liye hum responsible nahi
• Tax deductions (TDS) applicable ho sakta hai — aapki zimmedari hai returns file karna
Yeh kaam strictly mana hain — account ban ho sakta hai:
• Fake Orders — Khud hi fake orders place karna commission ke liye
• Manipulation — System exploit karna, refund abuse, chargeback fraud
• Spam — Unwanted messages ya unsolicited promotion
• Multiple Accounts — Ek phone number se ek se zyada accounts
• Illegal Products — Copyright infringing, counterfeit, ya illegal items sell karna
• Impersonation — Hindustan Factory ya kisi aur ko impersonate karna
Hum kisi bhi account ko bina notice ke terminate kar sakte hain agar:
• Terms ka violation ho
• Fraudulent activity milti ho
• Platform abuse ya misuse ho
• Legal requirements aisa karne ko kehti hain
Termination par unused wallet balance 7 business days mein return kiya jaayega (fraud cases mein nahi).
Hindustan Factory in ke liye liable nahi hai:
• Delivery delays ya shipping issues (supplier ya courier ki zimmedari)
• Product quality disputes (direct supplier se resolve karein)
• Internet/network issues se hone wale losses
• Third-party payment failures (Razorpay issues)
• Customer ki taraf se non-payment (COD cases mein)
Hamaari maximum liability kisi bhi case mein ₹10,000 ya aapki last 3 months ki membership fee (jo bhi kam ho) se zyada nahi hogi.
• Hindustan Factory platform ka naam, logo, aur design hamare intellectual property hain
• Aap platform ka use sirf reselling ke liye kar sakte hain
• Product images aur descriptions sirf aapki Hindustan Factory shop ke liye use ho sakti hain
• Platform ke kisi bhi part ko copy, modify, ya redistribute karna mana hai
• Yeh terms Indian law ke under governed hain
• Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
• Disputes pehle email (support@hindustanfactory.in) se amicably resolve karne ki koshish karein
• Agar resolution nahi hoti, Mumbai courts mein case jaayega
• Consumer disputes ke liye Consumer Forum se bhi approach kar sakte hain
• Hum in terms ko kabhi bhi update kar sakte hain
• Major changes ke liye 15 din pehle SMS/WhatsApp notification diya jaayega
• Updated terms platform par publish hote hi effective ho jaate hain
• Platform continue use karna = new terms accept karna
• Agar agree nahi hain, account delete request kar sakte hain
