1. Overview

Hindustan Factory ek reseller-supplier platform hai. Refund/cancellation policy alag-alag transaction types ke hisaab se alag hoti hai.

2. Membership Fees — Non-Refundable

• Basic (₹499) aur Pro (₹999) membership fees completely non-refundable hain

• Ek baar payment ke baad koi refund nahi diya jaayega — chahe aap platform use karein ya na karein

• Membership benefits immediately activate ho jaati hain payment ke baad

• Technical issue ki wajah se double charge hone par — 7 business days mein refund diya jaayega

3. Wallet Top-Up

• Wallet top-up non-refundable hai ek baar platform mein credit hone ke baad

Exception: Agar top-up transaction fail ho gayi lekin account debit hua — Razorpay 5-7 business days mein automatically refund karta hai

• Unused wallet balance ko payout request ke zariye withdraw kiya ja sakta hai (minimum ₹100)

• Already booking mein use kiya hua balance refund nahi hoga

4. Product Booking Rent

• Booking rent (₹0.30/unit/day after 3 free days) non-refundable hai

• Free period (3 din) ke andar release karne par koi charge nahi

• Rent charges automatically wallet se deduct hote hain

5. Customer Order Cancellation

Before Shipping (Processing Status):

• Order cancel kiya ja sakta hai — full refund customer ko milega

• Reseller dashboard se ya admin se contact karein

• Prepaid orders: Razorpay refund 5-7 business days mein

• COD orders: Cancellation free hai, koi payment involved nahi

After Shipping (Shipped Status):

• Direct cancellation possible nahi — return process follow karna hoga

• Customer delivery refuse kar sakta hai

6. Product Returns

Return kab possible hai:

• Product damaged ya defective mila ho

• Wrong product deliver hua ho

• Product description se match nahi karta

Return Process:

1. Customer reseller ko 48 ghante ke andar contact kare

2. Reseller admin ko inform kare with photos/evidence

3. Admin return authorize kare

4. Customer product supplier ke address pe ship kare

5. Supplier product receive kare aur verify kare

6. Refund/replacement process hogi

Return Shipping: Return shipping cost case-by-case basis pe decide hogi.

7. Refund Timeline

Razorpay Automatic Refunds (failed transactions): 5-7 business days

Approved Return Refunds: 7-10 business days after return received aur verified

Prepaid Order Cancellation Refunds: 5-7 business days

Wallet Payout: 7 business days after admin approval

Bank processing time add ho sakta hai — actual credit thoda late ho sakta hai.

8. Damaged / Defective Products

• Agar product damaged ya defective hai, full refund ya replacement milega

• Evidence required: Photos/video delivery ke time ki

• 48 ghante ke andar report karna zaroori hai delivery ke baad

• Return shipping cost Hindustan Factory bear karega in cases mein

• Replacement available na hone par full refund diya jaayega

9. Commission Reversal

• Commission sirf Delivered status pe wallet mein credit hoti hai

• Agar order delivery ke baad return hota hai, commission wallet se wapas deduct ho sakti hai

• Reseller ko return ka notification SMS/WhatsApp pe milega

• Disputed commission ke liye support@hindustanfactory.in pe contact karein

10. Non-Refundable Items Summary

Yeh charges kisi bhi case mein refundable nahi hain:

• ❌ Membership fees (Basic ₹499 / Pro ₹999)

• ❌ Booking rent (₹0.30/unit/day)

• ❌ Used wallet balance (booking ke liye spend kiya)

• ❌ Convenience fees / payment gateway charges

11. How to Request a Refund

Refund request ke liye yeh steps follow karein:

1. Email karein: support@hindustanfactory.in

2. Subject mein likhen: 'Refund Request — [Order ID]'

3. Attach karein: Order screenshot, payment proof, issue description

4. Hum 48 ghante mein respond karenge

5. Approved refund 7-10 business days mein process hogi
